abstract The present invention provides a display screen device having a viewing area and a peripheral area surrounding the viewing area, comprising: a light transmissive screen substrate having an inner surface and an outer surface relative to the inner surface; A layer of photocurable material is disposed on the inner surface and has a peripheral portion that is overlappedly formed on the peripheral region, and the peripheral portion has a plurality of holes therein. The invention also provides a method of fabricating a display screen device. The present invention further provides a touch display device including the aforementioned display screen device.
