titleOfInvention | Method for detecting DNA addition products in saliva |
abstract | The present invention discloses a method for detecting DNA addition products in saliva. The detection method comprises providing saliva DNA; adding at least one labeled internal standard and a plurality of enzymes to the salivary DNA to hydrolyze the saliva DNA into a plurality of nucleosides; extracting a plurality of nucleosides by using a solid phase extraction tube a DNA addition product present; and detecting and quantitatively extracting at least one of the plurality of nucleosides of the plurality of nucleosides by extraction using an isotope dilution liquid flow liquid chromatography liquid chromatography ionization tandem mass spectrometry. |
