Hollow polymer microspheres as a three-dimensional cell culture substrate |
abstract |
The present invention discloses a hollow polymeric microsphere made of a biodegradable polymer for producing a three-dimensional cell scaffold. The invention also relates to a method for preparing microspheres of an engineered cell culture substrate comprising a hollow polymer. A method of screening for an anti-cancer medical agent in an engineered cell culture substrate comprising hollow polymeric microspheres is also provided. |
