The present invention provides a CI Pigment Yellow 74 which is an insoluble azo pigment characterized by a peak of 26.6° in a Bragg angle (2θ±0.2°) measured by powder X-ray diffraction using CuKα rays. The ratio of the diffraction intensity to the diffraction intensity of the peak of 11.7° (26.6°/11.7°) is 0.85 to 1.12, and the average primary particle diameter is 20 to 130 nm, thereby comparing with the previous pigment. When it is used as a coloring agent coloring agent, it is excellent in dispersibility, and can provide a coloring composition excellent in particle diameter stability and storage stability, and by using the coloring composition, it is impossible to achieve by using the prior art. High-level image formation (recording) with excellent sharpness and transparency. |
