abstract |
The present invention provides a semi-solid nutrient for gastrostomy which inhibits the occurrence of gastroesophageal reflux. The semi-solid nutrient for gastrostomy of the present invention comprises 7 to 17% by weight of saccharide and 1.5 to 6.5% by weight of protein, which is stirred at 65° C. for 60 minutes in artificial intestinal juice at 37° C., and then passed through the net. The residual ratio indicated by the above residue ratio calculated by the shape change evaluation test for measuring the weight of the residue is 20% or less (including 20%), preferably 10% or less (including 10%). |
