abstract |
The present invention provides a thick film composition for printing the front side of a solar cell device having one or more insulating layers. The composition comprises a glass powder containing cerium oxide and cerium oxide as a part of the glass powder or as an additive. The present invention further relates to a method of fabricating a semiconductor device by using the thick film composition and an article (particularly a solar cell including the semiconductor device). These solar cells exhibit improved efficiency. |
