The fatty acid having a carbon number of 4-6 contains 2-methylpropionic acid, and the total of the fatty acids having a carbon number of 4-6 and the branched fatty acids having a carbon number of 7-9 is 20 mol of the total amount of the fatty acids constituting the above ester. %the above.
