titleOfInvention Phosphor, method of manufacturing the same, and use thereof
abstract The present invention provides a phosphor, and a light-emitting device which is high in brightness and long in life by using the phosphor, wherein the phosphor system emits a crystal phase of CaAlSiN3 which emits red light with light of a light-emitting element such as an LED. The same crystal structure is used as the parent crystal, and the luminous efficiency is more excellent than the conventional technique. The fluorescent system of the present invention is represented by the general formula Cax(Si,Al)2(N,O)3+y (where 0.75≦x≦0.92, -0.2≦y≦0.2), and a part of the Ca element is given by the Eu element. The substituted powdery phosphor has a Si/Al ratio (molar ratio) of 0.9 or more and 1.55 or less, an Eu content of 0.01 at% or more and 0.3 at% or less, and an intragranular solid dissolved oxygen content of 0.4% by mass or more and 0.7. Below mass%.
