abstract |
The invention provides an antistatic coating, a method for producing an antistatic film and an antistatic film prepared thereby. Antistatic coatings include a hard coat coating and an antistatic agent. The hard coat coating comprises: 20 to 35 parts by weight of an acrylic oligomer; 5 to 10 parts by weight of an acrylic monomer; 40 to 60 parts by weight of a solvent; and 1 to 5 parts by weight of a photoinitiator. The antistatic agent comprises: 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of polyacrylic acid; and 1 to 20 parts by weight of the ionic liquid. The antistatic film formed by coating the antistatic coating provided by the invention has a surface pencil hardness of 2H and an initial surface resistivity of 108 to 1011 Ω/□, and the surface resistivity can be maintained after solvent wiping. 1010 ~ 1012 Ω / □. |
