Oil-type emulsified cosmetics in water |
abstract |
The invention provides an oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic which has excellent stability over time and can obtain a high ultraviolet protection effect. Further, it has good ductility on the skin at the time of application, has a good feeling of use in which the feeling of stickiness is suppressed, and is extremely excellent in water/knot resistance. The oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic of the present invention is characterized by containing the following components (A) to (D) and satisfying the following conditions (i) and (ii). [Component] (A) Specific solid organic ultraviolet absorber (B) Liquid oil of 8 mass% or more and 20 mass% or less (C) Polypropylene phthalamide compound (D) Hydrophobized fine particle metal oxide powder [Condition] (i) The total amount of the component (A) and the component (D) ((A) + (D)) is 10% by mass or more based on the total amount of the cosmetic (ii) The total of the components (A) and (D) The mass ratio of the amount ((A) + (D)) to the total amount of the liquid oil is 0.6 or more and 2 or less. |
