The present invention relates to a positive photosensitive resin composition, a photosensitive resin film produced using the same, and a semiconductor device comprising the same, the positive photosensitive resin composition comprising (A) a first polybenzoxazole precursor a polybenzoxazole precursor comprising a repeating unit represented by the following Chemical Formula 1 and a repeating unit represented by the following Chemical Formula 2, and having a heat-polymerizable functional group at at least one terminal; (B) A dissolution controlling agent containing a phenol resin comprising a repeating unit represented by the following Chemical Formula 4; (C) a photosensitive diazonium compound; (D) a decane compound; (E) an acid generator; and (F) a solvent. |
