titleOfInvention Method of making a highly penetrating glass coating
abstract The present invention relates to a method of making a porous coating on a glass surface, wherein an aqueous solution of potassium citrate is applied to the surface of the glass and a porous tantalate coating is formed on the surface of the glass. The pH of the potassium citrate solution is controlled and the citrate coating is formed in a process atmosphere in which the relative humidity is controlled.
