titleOfInvention | DNA vaccine for waterfowl small virus |
abstract | The present invention discloses a DNA vaccine for a waterfowl small virus comprising a recombinant plastid having a first polynucleotide having a sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, and the recombinant system is uncoated to promote at least one immunized animal. At the same time fight at least one waterfowl virus. Secondly, the present invention further discloses a DNA vaccine for a waterfowl small virus which is composed of the above recombinant plastid and a DNA adjuvant such as the sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2, and the recombinant plastid and the DNA adjuvant are not packaged.
