The present invention provides an antagonistic therapeutic agent comprising a peptide chain represented by an amino acid sequence having a third cystine acid from the N-terminus and a sequence represented by X1X2X3X4X5 at the N-terminus, Wherein X1 is an aromatic, hydrophobic or long-chain amino acid, X2 is branamine, X3 is a serine, X4 is alanine, and X5 is a proline. In one embodiment, X1 is phenylalanine. The present invention can be used for inhibiting and treating related diseases caused by activation of cells produced by expressing CXCR1 or/and CXCR2 receptors, such as acute inflammatory reactions caused by neutrophils of CXCR1 or/and CXCR2 receptors in white blood cells. Or chronic inflammatory response and inhibition of tumor growth associated with angiogenesis. |
