The present invention provides means and methods for measuring substances such as low molecular substances with high sensitivity by a sandwich method. In particular, the present invention provides an antibody that specifically binds to an affinity complex, and a method of assaying an affinity complex comprising measuring an affinity complex using an antibody that specifically binds to the affinity complex. The antibody of the present invention may be a full length antibody. Further, the antibody of the present invention may have a region derived from an immunoglobulin of a gene-transformed animal (for example, a complementarity determining region, a framework region, a variable region). As the factor constituting at least one of the affinity complexes, for example, a low molecular substance or a protein (for example, an antibody) can be exemplified. |
