abstract |
This invention relates to borate esters, boron-containing dopants, and methods of making boron-containing dopants. In one embodiment, the borate ester comprises boron and ruthenium, wherein the boron is bonded to the oxime via an alkyl group, the alkyl groups being bonded to the boron and ruthenium via an ester linkage. A method of preparing a boron-containing dopant includes providing a borate ester and transesterifying the borate ester using a polyol-substituted rhodium monomer. |
