titleOfInvention | Anthocyanin mycelium extract with target cancer stem cell activity |
abstract | The invention relates to an anthraquinone mycelium extract and a screening method with the target cancer stem cell activity. Firstly, using the in vitro drug screening platform, the aldehyde dehydrogenase detection kit was used to screen out the active substances of aldehyde dehydrogenase activity which can reduce the activity of various solid tumor cells (such as head and neck cancer) in the mycelium extract of Antrodia camphorata. The active substances are CH-190-WS-A and CH-190-WS-D, CH-190-WS-A and CH-190-WS-D can reduce the self-renewal ability and stem cell characteristics of the starting cells of head and neck cancer cells. And promote the death and differentiation of the starting cells of head and neck cancer. According to the invention of the present invention, a target drug of an extract of Antrodia camphorata which effectively reduces the gene expression of cancer stem cells can be found. |
