abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a conductive coating film which is formed on a polyimide-based insulating substrate using a metal powder paste and which has excellent conductivity and adhesion to an insulating substrate. A resin hardened layer having a solvent-soluble component of 20% by weight or less and a thickness of 5 μm or less is provided on the polyimide-based insulating substrate, and a metal powder coating film is formed thereon by using a metal powder paste, and then superheated steam is applied. The heat treatment is performed to obtain a conductive coating film which is excellent in electrical conductivity and excellent in adhesion to an insulating substrate. |
