abstract | Provided is a high-attenuation member which not only forms a high-attenuation member which is excellent in attenuation performance and has low temperature dependency such as rigidity and has stable characteristics over a wide temperature range, and is excellent in workability. The high-attenuating composition is used in a diene rubber as a base polymer, cerium oxide and/or carbon black as a filler, and further in a liquid homopolymer per 100 parts by mass of the diene rubber. The liquid homopolymer is prepared in a ratio of 31 parts by mass or more. The liquid homopolymer is at least one selected from the group consisting of liquid isoprene rubber and liquid butadiene rubber. |
