abstract |
The present invention provides a modified polyazinane film suitable as an intermediate material for forming a predetermined gas barrier film, and a method for producing a gas barrier film excellent in gas mask characteristics formed by using such a modified polyaziridine film as an intermediate material . The present invention relates to a modified polyazirazolium film obtained by forming a modified polyaziridine layer on a substrate, and a method for producing a gas barrier film obtained by such an intermediate material, which comprises a modified polyazirane layer The thickness is in the range of 10 to 500 nm, and the refractive index of the modified polyazirane layer is in the range of 1.48 to 1.63. |
