titleOfInvention Bone fixation device
abstract It is an object of the present invention to provide a bone fixation device that can be inserted into a bone more quickly, easier, and less effort than conventional bone screws and nails, and that is easily pulled out of the bone. To solve this problem, the present invention provides a non-threaded bone fixation device (1, 1 ') for fixing in a bone, including a hollow shaft portion (2, 2', 3, 3') having an outer surface, having a plurality of thorn elements (52, 52') thorn frame (5, 5'). The shaft portion (2, 2', 3, 3') and the lance frame (5, 5') are movable relative to each other such that in the first configuration, the lancet (5, 5') thorn element (52, 52) ') does not protrude beyond the outer surface (31, 31') of the shaft (2, 2', 3, 3'), and in the second configuration, the stab (5, 5') 52, 52') protrudes beyond the outer surface (31, 31') of the shaft portion (2, 2', 3, 3'). The lancet (5, 5') opposes the insertion direction of the bone fixation device (1, 1') from the first configuration to the second configuration, wherein the bone fixation device is not threaded.
