abstract | A solar cell manufacturing method for manufacturing a solar cell module, comprising the steps of: forming a first solar cell by laminating a film. In addition, after forming a release layer on a second substrate that is transparent to light, a second solar cell is formed on the release layer. Next, the release layer and the second lower substrate are peeled off to be separated from the second solar cell. The first solar cell is overlapped with the second solar cell by using an adhesive layer to form the solar cell. The first solar cell and the second solar cell are separately manufactured separately, and can be manufactured by using an existing process, so that the manufacturing process is simple and the production yield can be improved, and at the same time, the wavelength range in which the solar cell group converts light is expanded. |
