abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a phosphor which can obtain high luminous efficiency even at a high temperature. The solution is to implement a type of phosphor that emits light having an emission peak in a wavelength range of 490 to 580 nm when excited by light in a wavelength range of 250 to 500 nm. The phosphor includes particles of a crystal of Sr3Si13Al3O2N21 which is active by Eu, and has an outer region from the surface of the particle to 5 nm and an inner region deeper than the outer region. The ratio (Oouter/Oinner) of the average value Oouter of the oxygen concentration in the outer region to the average value Oinner of the oxygen concentration in the inner region is 1.0 to 3.8. |
