abstract | The present invention relates to a sintering additive composition comprising: cerium oxide, boron trioxide; and at least two modified components, the modified components are selected from the group consisting of: tungsten trioxide, molybdenum trioxide and Tin dioxide, wherein the total amount of the composition added by sintering is 100 moles, the content of cerium oxide is between 55 moles and 80 moles, and the content of boron trioxide is between 10 moles and 35 moles. Between the ears, and the content of the modified component is between 0.1 moles and 5 moles. Furthermore, the invention also relates to a dielectric ceramic composition comprising a sintered additive composition. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a laminated ceramic capacitor comprising a dielectric ceramic composition, which can improve the reliability of the capacitor because the composition can have excellent low-temperature sintering characteristics. |
