abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a transfer material having stable quality and excellent productivity, an active energy ray-curable resin composition for a hard coat layer of a transfer material, and a molded article excellent in abrasion resistance using a transfer material. Production method. The transfer material of the present invention is a method in which at least a hard coat layer, a pattern layer and an adhesive layer are sequentially laminated on a release sheet having a release property, and the hard coat layer is composed of an active energy ray-curable resin composition. The active energy ray-curable resin composition contains a polymer having a (meth)acrylanyl group equivalent of 200 to 360 g/eq and a weight average molecular weight of 5,000 to 90,000 and a cerium oxide sol as an active ingredient but no heat curing agent. And, the aforementioned active energy ray-curable resin composition is not thermally crosslinked.
