abstract |
The present invention provides a carrier material for a film substrate, which does not cause wrinkles or scratches, and the shape cannot be maintained even when it is used in a processing step, a transfer step, or the like in a state in which the film substrate is adhered to the carrier material. The problem is excellent in workability. The carrier material for a thin layer substrate of the present invention is characterized by comprising a support made of a polyester resin having a thickness of 50 to 150 μm and an adhesive layer formed on at least one side of the support. |
