titleOfInvention | Method for manufacturing improved rubberized concrete by using waste rubber tire |
abstract | The present invention relates to a partial oxidation reaction using a waste tire derived from waste tires which are environmentally harmful to produce a surface treated crushed rubber and a gas condensate used as a blend to produce a rubber-reinforced concrete having improved mechanical strength. The more chemically active rubber surface becomes hydrophilic, thus creating a stronger interaction with the hydrophilic surface of the surrounding cementitious substrate. The gas condensate co-produced in the partial oxidation reactor is mainly composed of active sulfur oxides (R-SOx-R), which can be used as an excellent binder and further enhance the rubber particles mixed with the partial oxidation reaction and the cement. The bonding strength between the materials. The rubber-containing concrete with improved mechanical strength of the present invention is more widely used than the rubber-containing concrete. |
