abstract |
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a phosphate composition comprising Ca1-x-ySrxEuyAlSiN3 is provided, wherein x is in the range of 0.50 to 0.99 and y is less than 0.013. A phosphor composition comprising Ca1-x-ySrxEuyAlSiN3 is also provided in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, wherein x is in the range of 0.70 to 0.99 and y is in the range of 0.001 and 0.025. A method of producing a phosphor and a light-emitting element comprising the phosphor composition according to an embodiment of the present invention are also provided. |
