titleOfInvention | Method for preparing nano particles with conductivity and water dispersibility |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for preparing a conductive water-dispersible nanoparticle which is capable of producing a conductive film having excellent processability and high conductivity as compared with a conductive water-dispersible nanoparticle prepared by a conventional method. Water-dispersible nanoparticle. The method for preparing a conductive water-dispersible nanoparticle according to the present invention comprises: a) mixing in an aqueous solvent: a thiophene, pyrrole or furan monomer selected from the group consisting of HCl, HF, HBr and HI. a step of producing an emulsion by using a compound, a stabilizer, and a first oxidizing agent; b) a step of mixing the second oxidizing agent in the emulsion of the above step a) and stirring to produce conductive particles in an emulsified state; and c) The step of drying the conductive particles in the emulsified state of the above step b). |
