A laminated film and a method for producing the same, wherein the laminated film is provided with a coating layer containing organic particles on the surface of the substrate film, and the ratio of the surface roughness (SRz) to the coating thickness (d) (SRz/d) of the surface of the coating layer is 12.5. The above is characterized in that the organic particles are composed of a thermoplastic resin containing an ether bond, and the coating layer is composed of an adhesive resin containing at least one selected from the group consisting of a sulfonic acid group, a carboxylic acid group, a hydroxyl group, and the like. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a laminate film which is free from falling off of organic particles and which is low in cost and which has a coating layer containing beads or particles having large surface irregularities. |
