titleOfInvention | Solar battery module |
abstract | A solar battery module is provided, wherein a plurality of solar battery cells and wiring members 102 are connected through a connecting part 105 and a connecting part 108. The wiring members 102 electronically connect the solar battery cells with each other. A plurality of finger electrodes 103 are formed on an illuminated face of a photoelectric conversion part 101 of the solar battery cell, and the wiring members 102 are disposed in a manner of crossing the finger electrodes 103. The connecting part 105 on the illuminated face has a metallic part 10 and a resin part 11. The metallic part 10 is formed by melting and aggregating conductive particles in resin for connecting each finger electrode 103 and wiring members 102. The conductive particles include metal having a melting point equal to or less than 200 DEG C. The resin part 11 is formed by the resin and covers the surroundings of the metallic 10 part to adhere to the photoelectric conversion part 101 and the connecting part 105. |
