The present invention relates to a touch panel. The touch panel includes a substrate having a surface, an adhesive layer located on the surface of the substrate, a transparent conductive layer including a carbon nanotube layer and fixed on the substrate by the adhesive layer, at least one electrode electrically connected to the transparent conductive layer, and a conductive traces electrically connected to the at least one electrode. The touch panel defines two area: a touch and view area and a trace area. The adhesive layer and the transparent conductive layer are located only on the touch and view area. The at least one electrode and the conductive traces are located only on the trace area. Furthermore, a method for making the touch panel is related. |
