titleOfInvention Contour capturing device
abstract The present invention discloses a contour capturing device providing a contacting surface to contact a limb, the contour of the contacting surface changes according to the pressure put on the contacting surface by the limb. The contour capturing device comprises a support plate, a flexible plate, and a plurality of contact columns. The support plate comprises a plurality of first holes. The flexible plate comprises a plurality of second holes corresponding to the first holes. Each of the contact columns has a block portion and a body portion, the block portion exposes from the upper side of the support plate, and the body portion penetrates one of the first holes and the corresponding second hole. Further, the block portions form the contacting surface, when the limb puts the pressure on the block portions, the corresponding body portions receive the friction providing by the second holes and reach static equilibrium. The contour capturing device of the present invention can be reused, and the device can analyze the pressure distribution patterns while capturing the contour of the limb.
