titleOfInvention | Method for screening medicine by using atomic force microscope to do quantative inspection and method for effectively fixing protein electrodes to chip |
abstract | Disclosed are a method for screening medicine by using atomic force microscope to do quantative inspection and method for effectively fixing protein electrodes to chip, in which protein to be coupled is fixed on a probe of an atomic force microscope so as to measure the bonding force of mutual bonding between proteins fixed on a chip. This invention is applicable to cell membrane receptors mounted on a chip and using quantative difference detected by atomic force microscope to screen associated medicines and at the same time application of an external electric field is made to change the direction homogeneity of the proteins fixed on the chip in order to vary the use efficiency of the protein chip. Multiple measurements can be made provided the protein does not loss the activity thereof and the experiment can be repeatedly reused on the same chip. When used in combination with micro-array techniques, with multiple medicines being set in different areas, the effects of the multiple medicines can be measured with the same chip, this being fast and low cost and also a potential technique for protein chip analysis and application, allowing fabrucating more efficient protein chip with more efficiency, so as to lower down the cost but improve the quality simultaneously. |
