abstract | A photosensitive conductive paste including a compound having carboxylic acid or an acid anhydride thereof (A), a photosensitive component having unsaturated double bond and is with an acid value within a range of 40 mgKOH/g to 200 mgKOH/g (B), a photopolymerization initiator (C), and a conductive filler (D) is provided. A method of fabricating a conductive pattern is provided, wherein the photosensitive conductive paste is coated on a substrate, and after being performed with drying, exposing, and developing, is performed with curing under a temperature higher than 100 DEG C and lower than 300 DEG C. The invention provides a photosensitive conductive paste which is capable of obtaining a conductive pattern having low specific resistance ratio even under a low-temperature cure condition, and provides a method of fabricating a conductive pattern by the photosensitive conductive paste. |
