abstract | This invention provides a liquid crystal alignment film made by coating a liquid crystal alignment agent on a substrate to form a pre-coated layer and treating said pre-coated layer with a pre-bake treatment, a post-bake treatment and a alignment treatment. Said liquid crystal alignment agent comprises a polymer (A) and an organic solvent (B), and said polymer (A) contains at least one polyamide acid component (A-1) and at least one polyimide component (A-2). Said liquid crystal alignment film is applied to a liquid crystal display element, followed by measuring the pre-angle uniformity P of the liquid crystal display element and obtaining a result of P < 20%. Meanwhile this invention also provides a liquid crystal display element comprising said liquid crystal alignment film. |
