A resin composition for an electronic component is provided, wherein the resin composition for the electronic component includes an epoxy resin, an aromatic amine compound, and a hardening accelerator which includes at least one compound selected from a group of compounds having a structural component represented by Formula (I). In Formula (I), L1 represents a divalent group including a carbon atom, a hydrogen atom and an oxygen atom; or a divalent hydrocarbon group. Each of R1 to R3 independently represents a univalent group including at least one atom selected from the group consisting of a carbon atom, a hydrogen atom, an oxygen atom and a sulfur atom; a univalent hydrocarbon group; or a hydrogen atom. Each of R4 to R7 independently represents a univalent group including at least one atom selected from the group consisting of a carbon atom, a hydrogen atom, an oxygen atom and a sulfur atom; a univalent hydrocarbon group; a hydroxy group; or a hydrogen atom. Besides, two groups selected from R4 to R7 may bind with each other to form a ring. |
