Disclosed is a method of producing a coating composition capable of maintaining carbon dioxide absorption capacity dramatically longer than conventionally possible. The disclosed production method involves a step for stirring and mixing, together with a far-infrared radiation emitting ceramic and/or a far-infrared radiation emitting mineral, a silicate compound and alkaline ionized water comprising clusters of water molecules that have been broken down. |
