titleOfInvention Thin film type solar cell and method for manufacturing the same
abstract A thin film type solar cell and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The thin film type solar cell comprises a substrate; a front electrode layer formed on the substrate; a semiconductor layer formed on the front electrode layer; a transparent conductive layer formed on the semiconductor layer; and a rear electrode layer formed on the transparent conductive layer, wherein the front electrode layer includes a first front electrode layer formed on the substrate, having a surface of a first uneven structure, and a second front electrode layer formed on the first front electrode layer, having a surface of a second uneven structure, and the first uneven structure is different from the second uneven structure. Since the front electrode layer is formed in such a manner that the second front electrode layer is formed on the first front electrode layer of which surface roughness is relatively greater than that of the second front electrode layer, the solar ray passing through the front electrode layer is scattered in various manners to increase an absorption factor of the solar ray in the semiconductor layer and reduce surface roughness of the front electrode layer, whereby an open voltage Voc and a fill factor of the solar cell may be increased. As a result, efficiency of the solar cell may be improved.
