abstract |
A manufacturing method of a polymer solar cell device includes the steps of forming an electricity-generating layer on a first conductive layer; forming an N-type oxide semiconductor with a dielectric constant between 5 to 30 as a hole blocking layer on the electricity-generating layer by a solution process; and forming a second conductive layer on the hole blocking layer. The invention benefits power conversion efficiency by the solution-processed hole blocking layer. An organic light-emitting diode device and the manufacturing method thereof are also disclosed in the invention. |
