abstract | The object of the present invention is to provide a scintillator panel with its resolution not easy to be lowered. In the scintillator panel 10 of the present invention, a phosphor layer 3 is disposed to a side surface of a substrate 1 made of carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) with its front and rear surfaces respectively attached with polyethylene terephthalate (PET) sheets to form reflective films 2a, 2b. An organic moisture-proof film 4 is formed by means of covering the surface of the phosphor layer 3 and the side surface of the substrate 1. The phosphor layer 3 comprises a plurality of columnar crystals 5. The organic moisture-proof film 4 fills up the gap between the columnar crystals 5 in the phosphor layer 3 down to the substrate 1. |
