titleOfInvention | Photosensitive resin composition and laminate thereof |
abstract | This invention provides a photosensitive resin composition which has excellent resolution and adhesion as a photo-resist material such as an etching resist, a plating resist or the like. The photosensitive resin composition of this invention is characterized by containing (A) 20-90% by weight of a binder polymer, (B) 5-75% by weight of a photo-polymerizable compound and (C) 0.01-30% by weight of a photo-polymerization initiator. The (A) binder polymer is a copolymer which is obtained by copolymerizing a first monomer that is a carboxylic acid or a carboxylic acid anhydride and a non-acidic second monomer that contains one polymerizable unsaturated group, said copolymer having a weight average molecular weight of 5,000-100,000; the (B) photopolymerizable compound is an addition-polymerizable monomer. A photosensitive resin layer, which is obtained by exposing and developing the photosensitive resin composition, has a water contact angle more than 60 DEG and a Young's modulus more than 1.5 GPa and less than 4 GPa. |
