titleOfInvention Method for promoting viterxin and isovitexin in mung bean raw material by aspergillus fermentation
abstract The invention relates to a method for promoting yield of viterxin and isovitexin in mung bean raw material by aspergillus fermentation. The method comprises the following steps: liquid culture medium preparing, sterilizing and cooling steps; liquid culture medium inoculating and cultivating steps; solid culture medium preparing, sterilizing and cooling steps; solid culture medium inoculating and fermenting steps; and solid culture medium drying and grinding steps. In the liquid culture medium preparing, sterilizing and cooling steps, it is mainly that the prepared liquid culture medium is sterilized for 15-60 minutes at the temperature of 100-130 DEG C and then cooled down to room temperature in preparation for use. In the liquid culture medium inoculating and cultivating steps, 5-10% of the to-be-cultivated aspergillus which is inoculated to the above-described liquid culture medium is cultivated in a cultivation box of temperature of 20-30 DEG C, at a rotational speed of 100-150 rpm, for 1-5 days. In the solid culture medium preparing, sterilizing and cooling steps, the solid culture medium containing mung bean as main material is warmed up to a temperature of 100-130 DEG C, at least for a sterilization period of 30-70 minutes, thus enabling the solid culture medium to be in an aseptic state. In the solid culture medium inoculating and fermenting steps, microbial species cultivated by the liquid culture medium are inoculated to the sterilized and cooled solid culture medium, which is then placed in a solid fermenting tank for fermentation after being uniformly mixed with water. In the solid culture medium drying and grinding steps, the fermented solid culture medium placed in the solid fermenting tank is dried under the condition of temperature of 50-70 DEG C and pressure of -0.4-0.9kg/cm<SP>2</SP>, and the dried fermented solid culture medium is grinded, thereby promoting yield of two ingredients such as viterxin and isovitexin in mung bean raw material.
