abstract | The present invention provides a method for manufacturing thin film solar cells, which can complete the positioning and alignment at one time for the patterning process of three portions, i.e. the lower electrode, the photovoltaic unit and the upper electrode, so as to replace the multiple positioning and alignment steps for three-stage patterning in the prior art. The present invention may reduce the number for alignment, avoid the alignment error issues caused by multiple patterning, and make the patterns of the three portions more tightly arranged to reduce the dead area of a cell. |
