Surface protective material for solar cell, and solar cell module produced using same |
abstract |
Provided is a surface protective material for a highly moisture-resistant solar cell, having a moisture-resistant film that has an inorganic thin film layer on one surface of a base material and that has a moisture vapor transmission rate of less than 0.1 g/m2/day, wherein the surface protective material affords excellent moisture resistance that does not deteriorate for an extended period. This surface protective material for a solar cell, having a moisture-resistant film that has a inorganic thin film layer on one surface of a base material and that has a moisture vapor transmission rate of less than 0.1 g/m2/day, is characterized in having a weather-resistant film on the inorganic thin film layer side of the moisture-resistant film, and in having a back face film of a melting point of 80 C-180 C inclusive, on the opposite side of the moisture-resistant film from the inorganic thin film layer. |
