Method of doping sodium in thin-film |
abstract |
A method of doping sodium in a thin-film is disclosed. This method comprises providing nebulized sodium-contained compounds or sodium-contained dopant to the surface of copper indium gallium selenium thin film or copper indium selenium thin film. After heat treatment, the copper indium gallium selenium thin film or copper indium selenium thin film is therefore provided with sodium uniformly such that the photoelectric conversion efficiency can be enhanced accordingly. |
