abstract The present invention discloses a composition for stabilizing the growth of Lactobacillus and a manufacturing method thereof. The composition comprises Chinese herbal medicine powder, skim milk, water and Lactobacillus. The Chinese herbal medicine powder and the skim milk account for 5 to 7wt% and 10 to 14wt% of the total composition, respectively. The Lactobacillus count can be in a rage of 1 * 10<SP>9</SP> to 1 * 10<SP>11</SP> CFU/mL.
