titleOfInvention | Inorganic plate and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | The subject of the present invention is to provide an inorganic plate with excellent wind pressure resistance and long-term durability, and to provide a manufacturing method thereof. The technical means of solving the problem includes: an inorganic plate obtained by extrusion molding of a material mixture of cement, silicic acid-containing substance and organic fiber and having a mass ratio of the cement to the silicic-containing substance being in a range of 45: 55 to 55:45, an organic fiber content of 3 to 8% relative to the total solid content, a specific gravity of 1.4 to 2.0, a humidity releasing dimensional change ratio of less than 0.1% at 80 DEG C after 10 days, a water absorption dimensional change ratio of less than 0.1% after 7 days, a dimensional change ratio of 0.1% under the condition of 5% CO2 after 7 days, and a bending strength of greater than 20 N/mm2, and a manufacturing method thereof including the following steps: a step of preparing a material mixture comprising cement, silicic acid-containing substance and organic fiber, a step of preparing a mat by subjecting said material mixture to extrusion molding, and a step of subjecting the mat to an autoclaved ripening at 140 to 200 DEG C. |
