abstract |
A fabricating method of functionality film for stably fabricating a functionality film which can demonstrate target function preferably and have an excellent optical property is provided. The object of this invention is touched upon by a solution in the following: when fabricating a functionality film in which organic and inorganic layers are alternately formed and an upmost layer is an organic layer, a paint, which contains surfactant having a content of 0.001 to 10 mass % when forming an organic layer, is used for forming the upmost organic layer with a thickness of 30 to 300 nm. |
