titleOfInvention | Light emitting diode structure |
abstract | The present invention relates to a light emitting diode structure, which is sequentially configured with a substrate, an epitaxial layer, and a transparent conductive layer. The epitaxial layer is disposed on the substrate. The transparent conductive layer is disposed on the epitaxial layer. The current blocking layer is disposed in the epitaxial layer and located below the transparent conductive layer and above the substrate. A first metal electrode is disposed on the epitaxial layer. A second metal electrode is disposed on the transparent conductive layer. The current blocking layer is located below the second metal electrode. The current blocking layer can prevent the light emitted by the epitaxy layer below the second metal electrode from being absorbed, so as to further increase the light emitting efficiency of the light emitting diode structure. |
